Every individual’s journey is unique, and we believe that with the right support, healing and personal growth are always possible.
At Aspen View Mental Health, we understand that mental health struggles look different for everyone. That’s why we provide personalized, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of conditions. Whether you’re dealing with the overwhelming grip of anxiety or the emotional highs and lows of bipolar disorder, our team is here to guide you toward healing. Below is an overview of the mental health conditions we treat at our center in Greeley, Colorado.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects focus, impulse control, and organization, often making daily tasks feel overwhelming. We help adults manage ADHD symptoms through individualized treatment plans that may include behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based strategies to support lasting improvements in attention and productivity.
Anxiety can manifest as constant worry, panic attacks, or physical symptoms like tension and restlessness. At Aspen View, we use proven approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help individuals regain control, reduce symptoms, and restore peace of mind.
Bipolar disorder is marked by dramatic mood swings, from depressive lows to manic highs. Our treatment helps clients find balance through structured support, mood stabilization strategies, and therapy tailored to understanding triggers and building long-term coping tools.
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) involves intense emotions, unstable relationships, and fear of abandonment. We use dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients develop emotional regulation skills and build healthier relationships.
Depression affects mood, energy, and motivation, often making it difficult to find joy in everyday life. We support individuals through this challenge with compassionate care, evidence-based therapy, and a strong focus on rebuilding hope and emotional well-being.
Mental health conditions and substance use disorders often go hand in hand. Our dual diagnosis treatment addresses both simultaneously, helping clients untangle the connection between their mental health and substance use so they can heal fully—mind and body.
Sleep is essential for mental and emotional health. When insomnia interferes with rest, it can worsen other mental health symptoms. We offer targeted treatment to uncover the root causes of sleep disruption and guide clients toward restorative rest through behavioral strategies and therapeutic support.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) causes intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that can interfere with daily life. Our OCD treatment plans include exposure and response prevention (ERP), CBT, and other methods to help clients break the cycle of obsession and compulsion.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can arise after trauma, leading to flashbacks, avoidance, and emotional distress. We help clients process and heal from trauma using trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and other effective methods to reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment.
Schizophrenia affects thinking, perception, and behavior, often requiring comprehensive, long-term care. Our structured outpatient programs provide support for managing symptoms, improving social functioning, and enhancing quality of life through a mix of therapy, medication support, and community resources.
