Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the highest level of care available at Aspen View Mental Health for Windsor residents. PHP also provides: 

• Full daytime schedule of therapy sessions, groups, and medication management
• Most structured option without requiring inpatient admission
• Focus on stabilizing symptoms and building healthy coping strategies
• Safe, supportive setting for daily treatment before returning home in the evenings

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step down from PHP and gives patients more flexibility while maintaining a strong level of clinical care. IOP consists of: 

• Multiple therapy sessions per week while living at home
• Designed as a step down from PHP with more flexibility
• Emphasis on emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and life balance
• Allows patients to maintain school, work, or family commitments while in care

Outpatient Program (OP)

Our Outpatient Program (OP) is a continuation of care for patients who have completed PHP or IOP. This also includes: 

• Ongoing therapy for patients who have completed PHP or IOP
• Functions as continued care, not a starting point for treatment
• Provides regular check-ins to reinforce skills and maintain stability
• Helps patients transition confidently into everyday life
